Springs Hill Water Supply offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Pay My Bill Online

Account Registration
The first step to taking advantage of the online bill payment service is to register your account. To do this, click the Pay your bill now link. This brings you to the Account Login page. You will need to refer to information on your latest water bill in order to complete the signup process. Simply click "Register here!" to begin the account registration process. Required fields are denoted by double asterisks. Once you have completed the account registration form, press submit to create your account.


Account home Page
Once you login, you will see your account home page. From this page, you can view a number of things including

Account Information
You can view your account number, service address, mailing address, and even edit your profile. To edit your profile, click the Edit Profile link. From here, you can edit the information you entered while registering your account.

Account History
To view your account history, click on the "View Account History details" link located in the Account history section. Once you click on this link, you will see your Payment History and Usage History. To get back to the account home page, click on  "Home" in the top left hand corner.

View/Pay Bill
In order to view your bill, click on the "view current bill" icon located in the Pay Bill section. Once you click on this icon, you will see your current charges. To pay your bill, click on the "make a payment" icon to view the payment methods available to you.

Message Center

You will see any messages pertaining to your account here.

Usage Section

You will see a graph displaying your account usage.

Help Section

You can manage your account, user profile, and payment or billing options.

Paying Your Bill
1. Click on the "make a payment" icon below the Pay Bill section.
2. Note the amount due for this bill. You may change the amount you are paying this month, by entering a new amount in the Payment area.
3. Choose a payment method and press Next.

Past Due
Your past due payment must be in our office by 5:00 pm on the final payment date in order to prevent termination of your water service. If your account becomes past due and you are not able to make the full payment before the final payment date, you have the option of requesting hardships.

If your payment is past due, paying online will not relinquish responsibility for any penalties or late fees.

Shut Off
In the event that your service is terminated for non-payment of a delinquent bill, the full balance (including the current bill) plus a reconnection fee of $100.00 will be required in our office before the water can be turned on.

Our field personnel will reconnect water  as soon as possible for customers who have made their payments before 5 pm. Any payments made after 5 pm will have services restored the next day.


Pay With a Check

  1. Follow the onscreen guide in order to enter the information required for the transaction. Please double check all information to ensure a successful transaction.
  2. Press Submit Transaction to submit the information. (WARNING!  Only click this button once to avoid multiple charges!  The transaction may take several minutes to complete.)
  3. Once the payment is complete, you will see the Thank You screen confirming that your payment was made. You can then click on "Home"to view the current status of your payment. Immediately following your payment submission, your status will read "Pending". Once the payment has been processed and posted, the Pay Bill link, including the "Pending" status, will be removed. However if you paid an amount less than that which is due, once the "Pending" status is removed, this link will remain active so that the remaining charges can be paid.


Pay with Debit/Credit Card

  1. Enter the information required and double check all information to ensure a successful transaction.
  2. Press Submit Transaction to submit the information. (WARNING!  Only click this button once to avoid multiple charges!  The transaction may take several minutes to complete.)

Q. What is the Online Bill Payment Service?
A. Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online without the hassle of envelopes, checks, and stamps. All payments are secure and encrypted for your protection.

Q. Is e-Bill secure?
A. There are several methods used to ensure that your e-Bill account information is secure:

• Sign-in ID and Password
Your username and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as your username and password isn’t shared with anyone, no one can sign in as you.
• SSL: We use SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection.
• Encryption: We use 40-bit or 128-bit encryption
(whichever your browser supports) to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.

Q. Are credit cards accepted for payment?
A. Yes, credit cards are accepted as payment. Simply choose this payment method when paying your bill online.

Q. Are checks accepted for payment?
A. Yes, we accept checks as payment. Simply choose this payment method when paying your bill online.

Q. What if I’ve received a disconnection notice or have been disconnected?

Q. What do I do if I paid my bill with e-Bill, but it still shows owing online?

Q. How do I update my email address or other personal information?
A. This information can be updated online via the My Account page. In the Account Settings section, click Edit Profile to edit your online profile. Also, please contact a customer service representative to confirm these changes in our office as well. Our contact information can be found on the Contact Us page.

 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
