The meter replacement project is an ongoing process with a deadline of Dec.31st 2013. We are replacing all meters that are not currently radio read. This means that your meter will now send an electronic signal with your reading.
If your meter has been replaced and you notice your property is un-leveled or the box is not closing properly do not be alarmed. We are aware of these issues and intend to fix them as soon as we are through with our meter installations. As we explained above, this project has a mandatory deadline of Dec. 31st which needs to be met in order to be in compliance with the Texas Water Development Board guidelines.
