TRANSFER CUSTOMERS

If you are in the process of selling or buying a home, you will need to provide us with the following information in order to transfer service into your name:

        1.  Copy of your signed Warranty Deed

        2.  Completed Service Application

        3.  $40.00 Transfer Fee

        4.  $25.00 Customer Inspection Fee

 

It is important that whether you are buying or selling, you contact us with in ten business days after closing so that water service is not interrupted and billing is sent to the appropriate parties.

If you have recently purchased a home in our service area, you can download an application packet.  Once completed and sent in with all necessary documents we will be glad to begin the transfer process.  If you have sold your property, and need to request a final reading, you can click on the link to the right.

RENTERS

If you are going to be renting from someone, you can download a renter's application packet, complete it and send it in along with a copy of your lease and your deposit.  We will be glad to begin the process of setting up your rental account.
